Site Exploration

The methods to explore a site is a key to understanding the subsurface soil, bedrock, and groundwater conditions. We utilize a variety of methods to recover samples of the subsurface materials.

Extensive Experience

We have completed over 6000 projects in the greater San Francisco Bay Area ranging from large commercial developments to small single-family residential additions. We have also provided forensic services to evaluate the cause, and prepare repair recommendations of foundation, or earth movement problems. We also perform pre-sale geotechnical real estate evaluations.

Construction Observations and Testing

Perhaps the most important aspect of a project involves observation and testing during the construction phase of a project. Observation and testing of grading, foundation excavations, and drainage improvements are performed by our experienced technical staff.
